Strength/Core/HIIT v LIIT classes
High and Low impact options will be given for each exercise. Please ensure you have a mat for the second half of the class, no other equipment is needed but if you have weights/resistance bands please feel free to use them.
Yoga classes will include, Asana (physical), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation. You will need a mat (or equivalent). A cushion and blanket may also be useful.
Zoom online Pilates Classes
Numbers are limited to 12 so that even online you will receive individual corrections and modifications just as you would at a class in a studio.

£38 a month to receive 2 online classes a week plus you will receive 1 video to practise at home at a time that suits you.
Learning lions usually run bespoke literacy classes with 8 pupils per class. During the Coronavirus they will be bringing these classes online for FREE!
They are currently doing phonics videos on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Art activity’s on Monday’s and Fridays.
